After twenty-five years, I am proud to say that grooming has been my passion and take pride in my work and achieving customer satisfaction. I have worked under various show handlers, breeders, and master groomers to learn techniques that would not only hone my craft but keep dogs as safe as possible. I have been a grooming manager and trainer. However, in all my years of grooming, I understood the demand for groomers that cater to one-on-one. And that there are dogs and/or owners that aren't partial to brick-and-mortar shops and prefer mobile convenience. Ironically, one-on-one was how I started caring for dogs in a no-kill shelter.

Justin came abroad Wet Wags in the Fall 2025 to help with drying multiple dogs on busy days and provide on the spot maintenance. His help soon turned into passion as he began trying his hand at grooming techniques that led to a deeper interest in the grooming industry. His artistic and management background ranges from art, fabrication, music, and wildlife capture with live relocation release, and retail management. With Justin's calm nature and love for animals, it was a clear indication that with continued training and guidance he would hone a craft in animal hygiene/care.
